March 24th, 2007 Posted in Canada and BeyondA recent poll done by GlobalScan and PIPA for BBC shows that Canada is the most positive country on Earth. Israel is viewed the most negative country, even scores behind North Korea and Iran. USA is kind of in the middle after China and India.
What explains this popularity? Canada is viewed as a soft power and not related to any military intervention. Canadians are famous for being a peace loving nation and also known as a nation with open arms and open heart. Congratulations Canada and keep up the good work. The whole World is with you.
